NFA works to help street cats around the world. We support projects in South Africa, Italy and Greece.
NFA is helping the Greek island’s street cats by providing food and veterinary care and running a critical spay and neuter program. We’ve vowed, not just to help, but, if possible, to sterilize all Ithaca’s street cats.
NFA is helping dogs at Trebinje’s municipal dog shelter, which is situated on a putrid and fly-infested rubbish dump. We’re creating a new dog-friendly shelter to care for them until they find forever homes.
Network for Animals provides funding for the care and feeding of street cats in Paciano.
On South Padre Island in Texas, we provided emergency disaster relief for turtles stranded by floods in 2021.
In Turkey, NFA helps feed hundreds of street dogs in the Tavşanlı area.

We support the Have a Heart Equine Sanctuary (HAHES) which rescues abused equines.
In the Philippines, we have been successful in reducing illegal horse fighting by 50%.

In Tanzania, Network for Animals played a pivotal role in bringing to an end the legal slaughtering of donkeys. We also fund an outreach program to donkey owners in Arusha.
In Plettenberg Bay, we support the KDS Donkey Sanctuary, which has rescued 250 donkeys from the Chinese donkey-skin trade.
In Cape Town, Network for Animals supports TEARS, an animal shelter for dogs and cats.

In Palermo, Network for Animals supports the Lega del Cane shelter for dogs.
In Lamu, Network for Animals runs a sterilization program for cats.
We campaign for the welfare of street dogs in Mexico.
In Uruguay, Network for Animals supports the A.P.A. El Refugio shelter, which cares for 360 dogs and 40 cats.
In the UK, Network for Animals supports the HUGS Foundation, which rescues and cares for injured and abandoned equines.
On the Indian Ocean island of Mauritius, we support the Second Chance Animals Rescue (SCAR) sanctuary.
NFA supports the Žarkovica Animal Shelter, the only hope for hundreds of dogs in Dubrovnik. We pay for two full-time workers and provide other support when needed.
In Mitchell’s Plain, we support Fallen Angels, which runs an animal shelter and conducts spay and neuter programs in impoverished areas.
In Zimbabwe, Network for Animals supports MARES, a donkey sanctuary in Bulawayo.
In Jordan, Network for Animals supports the Al Rabee shelter for dogs.
In Athens, Network for Animals supports Ghost Dogs, a catch, sterilize, treat and release program for hundreds of street dogs.
In Santorini, we support a sanctuary for abused donkeys and campaign against the abuse and overloading of passenger donkeys.
In Hangberg, South Africa, we support the work of Shaygam Newman, who cares for a community’s street dogs.
In Westlake, Cape Town, Network for Animals supports Fur-Get-Me-Knot in caring for an entire township’s street dogs and cats.
We support the efforts of the Cat Trapping and Sterilization Network in feeding and sterilizing cats in Cape Town’s industrial areas.
We support the KwaZulu-Natal Valley Dogs feeding program which feeds 1,000 dogs.
In Bela-Bela, South Africa, Network for Animals runs a feeding and outreach program educating rural people on how to treat donkeys.
